As promised, Carnifex just released a new single called No Light Shall Save Us. This piece was produced in collaboration with Alissa White-Gluzcurrent singer ofArch Enemy.
The song is really high quality. The whole composition is built in such a way as to highlight each of the elements of the writing: the instrumental part is very heavy, the cries of Scott Lewis and those ofAlissa White-Gluz are super intense, while the high parts of the singer are perfectly melted together.
The leader and singer of Carnifex also spoke about this new song, stating that the collaboration with Alissa was a real pleasure from start to finish. His participation brought a new vision still unexplored by the group until now.
Collaborating with Alissa on No Light Shall Save Us was a joy from the start. Alissa was able to elevate the song with a dynamic that’s completely new for Carnifex. There is a melody and depth on No Light Shall Save Us unlike any previous Carnifex song.
A video clip accompanies this performance for the less intense. And nothing to say on this side, the production is very good, and the colors used bring a real plus when listening to the song.
But that’s not all, because the group of Deathcore American also announced that this new single is part of a new album titled World War X. The release date is scheduled for August 2, 2019 via Nuclear Blast. The album was produced by Jason Suecoffknown to have worked with Triviaat the studio AudioHammer in Sanford, Florida.
