A horrific shooting recently took place in Dayton, Ohio. A 24-year-old man killed nine people and injured at least 27 others.
The Acacia Strain found himself caught in the middle of the tragedy. Indeed, a photo of the killer who was shot by police shows the lifeless individual wearing a band sweatshirt. This is the one for the song Ramirez.
After hearing the news, Vincent Bennettthe leader of The Acacia Strainspoke on social networks condemning the actions of the killer.
What happened in Dayton is horrible. It’s even worse knowing that the shooter was wearing a The Acacia Strain hoodie. That makes me sick. There is no excuse for this. Anyone with a brain knows we don’t condone this kind of behavior. No one has the right to take someone else’s life.
We will do our best to help the families of the victims. I tremble. Music is an outlet. She should purify. You should use art as a positive outlet for your negative emotions. If you feel angry, turn to music, turn to creation. These tragedies must stop.
Please be kind to each other. Hold on to your loved ones and don’t let them down. Surround yourself with people who make you happy, and strive to be the person who makes everyone smile.
Message from Jim Heath:
suspect in #Dayton shooting was wearing shorts with a black sweatshirt that read: “No heart to fear, no soul to steal.”
The slogan is believed to be from a hateful and vengeful song called Ramirez by The Acacia Strain, a metalcore band.
