You are quite live performance Where studio album ? It is clear that the atmosphere of a live performance is always very different from a studio song listened to with headphones anywhere. And that, the guitarist of Rammstein – Richard Z, Kruspe – got it right. Indeed, during a interview recent from jessie david for Metal Wani, he decided to talk about these two experiences so different, but oh so complementary. As a reminder, Rammstein is a group mainly known for its high-flying shows, combining pyrotechnics and explosives. According to the guitarist, all this eccentricity eclipses the quality of the music present on the studio albums of the group.
I want to do another record. It has to be musical in a way that can really stand out from other records. That was my goal, or our goal.
For exemple, Rammstein did not publish new album for almost 10 years, while the concerts follow one another each year with the same effervescence. He wishes, this time, to rebalance the sensations provided by the songs of the new album and future live performances. To do the best they could, the band started recording new songs in 2015, for a total of 16 to date. However, due to lack of time, some will fall by the wayside, or be recycled as ideas in other pieces. In the end, the new opus will consist of 11 tracks, and will be released in April 2019. The aim is to provide a album as spectacular as the shows. When we know the implication of the group, as well as the novelties planned for this album (namely choirs and orchestras), there is no doubt that the bet will be won.
